Nature Robots' Demo Day 2025
Live tech demos and presentations at Nature Robots Demo Day 2025
On August 27, the beautiful Arenshorst estate in Bohmte opened its doors for our third Nature Robots Demo Day. We are still thrilled by the energy, the exciting conversations, and the many visitors who made this day so special. From morning to night, the forester’s lodge and the market garden were filled with innovation and exchange.
We showed you how our Autonomy Farming Operating System works in practice— from design-in at OEMs to autonomous navigation to chemical-free weed control using lasers:
-
Ready-to-use Farming Autonomy for OEMs: We demonstrated how agricultural machinery manufacturers can directly integrate our operating system to drastically reduce development times and costs.
-
Lero.03 live in the field: The modular field robot impressed with its versatility, whether laser weeding, mechanical weed control, or sowing.
-
Autonomous crawler for fruit growing and viticulture: A compact, agile solution that navigates precisely even on steep slopes.
-
Laser weeding for organic farming: One of the highlights of the day was chemical-free weed control in real time, presented with impressive results from the LALWeco project.
-
Field Coverage Planner & Robot Nav UI: Visitors were able to experience live how autonomous routes can be planned in seconds using an intuitive interface.
-
Hybrid localization without RTK GPS: Our sensor-based navigation proved its strength even under tree canopies and in RTK-free zones.
-
3D sensor backpack for environmental mapping: Another highlight for precise environmental and agroforestry monitoring applications.
Between the technical presentations and live demonstrations, there was plenty of time for questions, discussions, and in-depth insights into the technology.
In addition to the technology, the personal exchange with agricultural machinery manufacturers, farmers, scientists, and investors provided a great opportunity for inspiring conversations and new partnerships. The great interest and positive response showed us that agriculture is ready for the next level of autonomous field work.
A big thank you goes out to everyone who came to Bohmte. For us, Nature Robots Demo Day 2025 was not only a presentation of our technologies, but also a strong sign of how great the interest in sustainable, autonomous agriculture is.
We are already looking forward to seeing you at the next demos or trade fairs.
