The existing market usually offers assisted guidance systems, while Nature Robots offers a fully autonomous navigation Operating System (OS) - including planning, control and observation. We also offer the option to use modules like GPS independent navigation (for GPS-denied environments), context awareness and much more. Get in touch with us to find out more!

All you need to do is to implement a hardware abstraction with our interfaces for your machine. This process usually takes 1-2 weeks. Afterwards you just need to install and configute our Autonomy OS to your likings.

Yes, we are already working with customers and have accumulated more than 500 machine hours for the autonomous operation of our software in various environments.

We mainly aim to implement our software on new machines, but our OS can also be used and adapted for retrofitting. Get in touch with us for more information.

With regards to the computation: We can provide you with a Development Kit (DevKit) that contains all computation hardware and interfaces for sensors and actuators. For roduction-ready machines, we would be happy to discuss this topic with you in detail. The choice of sensors depends on your individual needs. For reactive navigation or obstacle avoidance, our OS requires to have some sort of environment perception. Usually, we use a LiDAR system for this purpose. Further, this LiDAR system can also be used for localization and environment mapping with our hybrid localization module.

We worked hard to be able to support all different types of kinematics, from the common ackermann steering, all wheel steering to holonomic all-wheel-steered platforms which can be reconfigured to other moving directions.

You can. However, there are different reasons to rely on our robust Autonomy OS. Especially as a hardware driven machinery manufacturer, building reliable hardware is already very complex. Strong partnerships can be a key asset here, as we work very hard to be at the forefront of autonomous farming. We are experts in this domain and have more than 10 years of experience in developing autonomous software solutions. Also, developing the necessary software components for your machinery is very time consuming and might set you back in your development for years. Moreover, you will need to have profound experience in robotics and AI, which might require the build-up of new departments for this within your organization. We offer a yearly recurring license model for every machine in the field. The exact pricing depends on several factors, such as the planned machines in the field, the environment in which the machinery operates and thus the features that you need for your machines to operate reliably and safely. For example, a machine license operating in the Open Field domain without the need to navigate around In-field No-Go zones costs less than a machine that has to avoid such No-Go zones.
