The Opportunity

As a Project Manager, you will play a critical role in guiding our technical and operational initiatives from concept to successful deployment. Your Role

• You manage the end-to-end lifecycle of our robotics and AI integration projects in close coordination with management, technology, and business development teams.
• You develop detailed project plans, define scopes, allocate resources, and ensure strict adherence to timelines and budgets.
• You facilitate seamless communication across cross-functional teams (hardware, software, and sales) to ensure alignment on project goals.
• You identify, analyze, and mitigate project risks while maintaining high-quality standards from pre-sales planning to final customer integration.
• You monitor project progress and prepare transparent, regular updates and reports for internal stakeholders and key accounts.

What you bring

• Experience in Project Management, ideally within technical environments (agri-tech, robotics, or AI software development), preferably with a background in engineering or IT.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex, multi-disciplinary technical projects on time and within scope.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and modern project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence); certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum Master are a strong plus.
• Passion for technology & innovation – you can bridge the gap between highly technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Proactive & highly structured mindset – you excel at organizing workflows, prioritizing tasks, and solving problems hands-on.
• Strong communication and leadership skills in English & German.
