Application
Submit your application by completing the two steps:

Interviews
Our three-staged interview process consists of two remote meetings and one on-site meeting. The first interview will be a remote screening interview to assess your general suitability and clarify questions (~30-45min). The second interview will take place remotely with our professionals, checking your skills in a case study as well as team fit (~60-90min). The third interview will be an on-site session at the office in Osnabrück to give you the opportunity to meet the team and evaluate the fit between you and us on different levels (~2-4 hrs).
