The Opportunity

As a Finance & Operations Manager, you will work closely with the founding team to build the essential structures for our next phase of growth. Your Role

• Finance in check: You take over preparatory accounting and payroll (acting as the main point of contact for our tax office), control invoices, and keep track of travel expenses and reimbursements.
• You participate in Investor Relations and work closely together with the founding team to fulfill all reporting requirements in a professional manner.
• Controlling & Reporting: You support the tracking of our KPIs, monitor cash flow, and build solid project accounting (target/actual comparison of our tech resources).
• Tool Master: You assist in the selection, implementation, and maintenance of modern finance and operations tools to reduce manual work to an absolute minimum.
• Operations Excellence: You optimize existing processes, have the team’s back in day-to-day operations, and take ownership of your own internal projects.

What you bring

• You bring 2–4 years of professional experience in Finance, Operations, Controlling, or Business Development – ideally within a dynamic startup environment.
• You are an absolute “doer”: You think analytically and process-oriented, but you are also pragmatic and hands-on with operational details (like tracking down missing receipts).
• Excel / Google Sheets are your home, and you enjoy familiarizing yourself with new software tools.
• You work in an extremely structured, highly independent manner, and you never lose your sense of humor, even during hectic phases.
• Fluent German and good English skills round off your profile.
